This year, Residential Maintenance Services is celebrating our 20th anniversary. Jim Kupczak founded RMS in 2001 with the goal of providing homeowners with peace of mind. We've made many changes over the years, including going paperless with Jobber in 2018 and introducing our subscription-based maintenance programs in 2019.
