RMS has designed a program to ensure the timely maintenance and repairs to your home.
CONTRACT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Initial Visit - During the initial visit a Certified Home Technician documents all of the major systems in the home. He then commences servicing your home from a list of over 400 items.
Prescheduled Service Calls - On a prearranged basis, generally every three months, a Certified Home Technician visits your home to perform seasonal servicing. During these visits, the Certified Home Technician is continually identifying areas that will require remedial attention.
As the Certified Home Technician has documented the major components of your home, he will ensure that he has the necessary repair/service parts in his vehicle at the time he attends your home for a regular service.
MAJOR REPAIR SERVICES PROGRAM
When a major repair is required, we are your personal project coordinator and take care of everything.
As your project coordinator, we will source the suppliers and trades; make recommendations to you on who to use. We will then supervise the activity, pay the service, and invoice you.
EMERGENCY SERVICING
Emergency help is available 24 hours a day. As we have documented the major components of your home, when an emergency arises, we have the necessary information to dispatch the appropriate personnel.
CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS
RMS has programs to address different styles of homes, whether that is a single family dwelling, condominium, townhouse, or tenant occupied facility. Each program has been developed to minimize the homeowner's involvement while ensuring quality maintenance.
